RAC Rules & Regulations Guidelines
The Community Guidelines are compiled in the Riviera at Concord Rules & Regulations documents.
The RAC Guidelines consists of five sub-books:
1. Declaration
2. By-Laws
3. Rules & Regulations, including Administrative Resolutions
4. Rules & Regulations Forms
5. Exhibits
DISCLAIMER:
The electronic versions of the RRR have been formatted for easy access. If the need should arise for a resident to consult the documents in their traditional legal form, the resident can review the most recent printed copy by contacting the Executive Board. The Declaration is also on file with the Delaware County Recorder's Office.
